Profoundly impacted by a week-long LOVE LAB event (that she was very reluctant to attend!) led by Katjalisa in early 2020, Sierra has been actively pursuing a "new way of relating." From radical honesty and embodiment practices to honing her boundary setting skills, approaching life through this lens has welcomed deeper and more rewarding relationships into nearly every aspect of her life.
